SNAP Outreach Meeting for Central Arkansas volunteers. A light breakfast will be provided, Q&A session, materials for volunteers, and a DHS representative will be present to answer policy questions. If you are interested in becoming a SNAP Outreach volunteer, this will be a good opportunity to find out more about SNAP and why it is such a critical safety net program.

Turnip For Hunger: Celebrating Our 10 millionth Pound of Produce

Leslie Darwin O'Brien is performing a concert to benefit the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and the Central Arkansas Library Foundation. Little Rock native Leslie Darwin O'Brien is an American singer and actress best known for her lyric soprano vocals and interpretation. She recently toured Cuba as part of the Havana Jazz Festival.
